Getting Started

Set up your pet business on DogsVilla in 5 minutes.

1. Sign Up

Visit dogsvilla.com/for-pet-businesses and fill out the signup form:

  • Business name — your business name
  • Subdomain — choose a URL like yourbusiness.app.dogsvilla.com
  • Admin details — your name, email, and phone number

2. Set Your Password

Check your email for an invite link (valid for 24 hours). Click it to set your admin password. You'll be automatically logged in.

3. Complete the Setup Wizard

After your first login, a guided wizard helps you configure:

  1. Business info — address, phone, email, GST number
  2. Services — choose which modules to enable (boarding, grooming, training, etc.)
  3. Branding — set your logo, colors, and business name
  4. Business hours — operating hours for each day
  5. Payment setup — connect your Razorpay account

You can skip any step and come back to it later in Settings.

4. Add Your First Customer

Go to Management > Customers and click "Add Customer". Enter their name, phone, email, and address.

5. Create a Booking

Navigate to any service module (e.g., Services > Boarding) and click "New Reservation". Select the customer, their dog, check-in/out dates, and confirm.
