Dogsvilla Pet Adoption Terms & Conditions

1. Responsible Adoption Process

Dogsvilla facilitates responsible adoption. Submission of this form does not guarantee approval or adoption.

2. Approval Rights

Dogsvilla reserves the right to approve, reject, pause, or cancel any adoption application in the best interest of the pet.

3. Truthful Information

The applicant confirms that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.

4. Verification

The applicant agrees that Dogsvilla may verify details including address, family readiness, housing permission, lifestyle suitability, social media profile, and pet care preparedness.

5. Rented Accommodation

If the applicant lives in rented accommodation, landlord permission may be required before adoption approval.

6. Care Responsibility

The applicant agrees to provide proper food, shelter, vaccination, medical care, training, grooming, exercise, and emotional care to the adopted pet.

7. Prohibited Actions

The adopted pet must not be abandoned, sold, gifted, transferred, bred, neglected, abused, or used for illegal or harmful purposes.

8. Future Rehoming

If the adopter is unable to keep the pet in the future, Dogsvilla must be contacted first. The pet must not be abandoned or transferred without informing Dogsvilla.

9. Post-Adoption Follow-Up

Dogsvilla may conduct post-adoption follow-ups through calls, messages, photos, videos, or visits where required.

10. Adoption Fee

The applicant agrees to pay an adoption fee of ₹2,500 on completion of adoption. This fee helps support care, feeding, vaccination, medical support, rescue, handling, and adoption processing. Adoption fees are generally non-refundable.

11. No Lifetime Guarantee

Dogsvilla does not provide lifetime health or behaviour guarantees. Pets are living beings, and future behaviour or health may depend on environment, care, genetics, training, and medical factors.

12. Final Decision

Final adoption approval will be based on suitability, safety, welfare, and long-term wellbeing of the pet.

Applicant Declaration

I confirm that all information provided in this form is true and complete. I understand that Dogsvilla may approve or reject my adoption application. I agree to provide lifelong care, food, shelter, vaccination, medical care, training and love to the adopted pet. I agree that I will not abandon, sell, transfer, breed, abuse or neglect the adopted pet. If I am unable to keep the pet in the future, I will contact Dogsvilla first. I agree to pay an adoption fee of ₹2,500 on completion of adoption. I have read and agreed to all Dogsvilla Adoption Terms & Conditions.
