Understand the Free and Pro plans, and how to manage your subscription.

Plans

Free Plan — ₹0/month

  • Pick 1 module: Boarding or Grooming
  • Up to 2 staff members
  • Up to 50 customers
  • Customer portal included

Pro Plan — ₹999/month (or ₹9,990/year)

  • Boarding + Grooming both included
  • Unlimited staff, customers, and dogs
  • White-labeling (custom logo, colors, name)
  • Advanced reports and analytics
  • Priority support
  • 14-day free trial

Add-on Modules — ₹499/month each

Available with the Pro plan:

  • Training — sessions, skill assessments, progress tracking
  • Walking — schedules, routes, dog walker management
  • Transport — pickup/drop bookings, route planning
  • Loyalty — reward points, referral programs, retention

Bundle all 4 modules for ₹1,499/month (save ₹497 vs buying individually).

Upgrading

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Upgrade to Pro
  3. Choose monthly or yearly billing
  4. Optionally add modules (Training, Walking, Transport, Loyalty)
  5. Complete payment via Razorpay

Your upgrade takes effect immediately. Boarding, Grooming, and any selected add-on modules are unlocked.

Cancelling

Go to Settings > Billing and click Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, you'll be downgraded to the Free plan (with its limits).

What Happens When Limits Are Reached?

On the Free plan, you'll see a friendly message when trying to:

  • Add a 3rd staff member
  • Add a 51st customer
  • Access a module not in your plan

Existing data is never deleted — you just can't add more until you upgrade.
