1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by Dogsvilla Pet Services ("Dogsvilla", "we", "us"), located at RCM 1/3 Scheme 140, Pipliyahana Road, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Dogsvilla provides pet care services including but not limited to:

  • Dog and cat boarding (hostel)
  • Dog training and behavior modification
  • Pet grooming
  • Dog park and day care
  • Pet adoption
  • Pet transportation
  • Dog walking
  • Fresh pet food
  • Pet shop and supplies

3. Booking and Payments

Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
  • A deposit of 50% may be required at the time of booking for boarding and training services.
  • Full payment is due upon completion of the service or as agreed at booking.

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change. The price at the time of booking confirmation will apply to your reservation.
  • Discounts are subject to eligibility verification and cannot be combined unless specified.
  • Food charges for boarding are separate and based on dog size.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • More than 48 hours before check-in: Full refund of deposit.
  • 24-48 hours before check-in: 50% of deposit refunded.
  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund of deposit.
  • Training packages: Unused sessions may be rescheduled within 90 days. No cash refunds after training has commenced, except at Dogsvilla's discretion.
  • Grooming appointments: Cancellation within 4 hours of the appointment forfeits any deposit.

5. Pet Requirements

To use our boarding, training, or daycare services, your pet must:

  • Be up to date on core vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP/Distemper, Bordetella/Kennel Cough)
  • Be free of contagious diseases, fleas, and ticks at the time of check-in
  • Have a completed intake form with accurate health and behavior information

Dogsvilla reserves the right to refuse service if a pet does not meet health or vaccination requirements, or if the pet poses a safety risk to staff, other animals, or itself.

6. Aggressive Dogs

  • Pet owners must disclose any history of aggression at the time of booking.
  • A 20% surcharge applies for aggressive dogs requiring special handling.
  • Dogsvilla reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for any pet exhibiting dangerous behavior that cannot be safely managed.
  • The owner is responsible for any injury caused by their pet to staff, other animals, or property.

7. Liability and Care

Our Commitment

We exercise reasonable care in looking after your pet. Our facility is staffed 24/7, monitored by CCTV, and maintains daily veterinary visits. We follow strict hygiene and safety protocols.

Limitation of Liability

  • While we take every precaution, pets may occasionally sustain minor injuries during play, socialization, or normal activities. Such incidents are an inherent risk of group environments.
  • Dogsvilla is not liable for pre-existing health conditions, allergies, or reactions that were not disclosed at intake.
  • In the event of a medical emergency, we will contact the owner and/or seek veterinary care. Emergency veterinary costs are the responsibility of the pet owner.
  • Dogsvilla's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in question.

Personal Belongings

Items left with your pet (toys, blankets, bowls) are at the owner's risk. While we take care to return all items, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or destroyed belongings.

8. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in and check-out must be during operating hours (9:00 AM - 8:00 PM).
  • Late pick-up beyond the scheduled check-out date will incur additional boarding charges at the standard daily rate.
  • If a pet is not collected within 7 days of the scheduled check-out without communication, Dogsvilla reserves the right to make alternative arrangements for the pet's welfare.

9. Training Services

  • Training results depend on the individual dog's temperament, history, and the owner's commitment to reinforcing training at home.
  • Dogsvilla provides training until client satisfaction with no fixed timelines, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes for every dog.
  • Aggression Control programs (Item 35) carry no discounts and require a minimum 1-month commitment.
  • Food is not included in training prices and is charged separately for Board & Train programs.

10. Customer Portal and Online Services

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Information provided through the portal must be accurate and up to date.
  • Online bookings are subject to confirmation. An automated acknowledgment does not constitute a confirmed booking.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on dogsvilla.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Dogsvilla Pet Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

13. Changes to Terms

Dogsvilla reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
